Description
The United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit is seeking conference facilities and audio visual support services to be held in June/July/August of 2027 or February 2028. The minimum requirements for the conference facility include a location within 600 miles of Charleston, SC, a largest event space of at least 20,000 square feet, and a second largest event space of at least 5,000 square feet. The facility must also have more than 400 sleeping rooms (with overflow housing within 1/4 mile if fewer than 600 rooms), a four-star hotel rating or better, and sleeping rooms and meeting space located within the same facility or adjacent. Additionally, the sleeping rooms and meeting space must have been fully refreshed within the last ten years or be a new build. The contract award will be made to the venue representing the best value trade-off, assessed by the contracting officer based on the stated requirements. Funds are not presently available for this contract, and the Group's obligation is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds.
