This Request for Bid (RFB) seeks proposals for lodging and catering services for the 2026 MnDOT Inventory and Procurement Specialist Fall Conference. The conference is scheduled to be held in Bemidji, MN, from August 3-6, 2026. Bidders can submit proposals for lodging, catering, or both. The lodging facility must be located within a 10-mile radius of the MnDOT Bemidji Headquarters and ideally near dining establishments. Specific dates for lodging are August 2-6, 2026, with staggered check-ins for different attendee groups. Catering services will include breakfast, lunch, afternoon breaks, and all-day beverage service, with specific requirements for menu options, labeling of allergens, and inclusion of vegan and gluten-free choices. Meeting rooms, including a general session room and breakout rooms, are also required. All responses must be submitted online through the SWIFT Supplier Portal by the event due date. Questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted in writing to Cassandra Dejno by June 22, 2026. The State reserves the right to award lodging and meals separately.
