Description
The City of Dodge City invites developers to submit proposals for a Moderate Income Housing (MIH) grant through the Kansas Housing Resources Corporation (KHRC). KHRC administers federal and state housing programs on behalf of Kansas, and its grants may be distributed to cities or counties for housing development in rural areas. An accepted proposal will be incorporated into the City's grant application to KHRC. Applicants must submit the application and PDF documents electronically to rtreid@dodgecity.org by 5:00 PM on September 24, 2026.
