Description
Topeka Public Schools is soliciting bids for the purchase and delivery of specified percussion equipment for Highland Park High School. The bid sheet lists exact-match Zildjian and Pearl products, including cymbals, marching snare, tenor, and bass drums; drum covers; cymbal straps; drum carriers and stands; hoop protectors; and cases. Alternatives will not be accepted, and pricing must include shipping, freight prepaid and allowed, on an FOB destination basis. Bidders must submit the completed bid sheet and signature sheet, along with the required immigration reform certification, debarment certification, and non-collusion affidavit. Detailed manufacturer descriptive literature and warranty information are required with the bid; the successful vendor must provide applicable service data and operation or preventive-maintenance manuals. Delivery is required within 14 days after receipt of order, and the requested goods carry a one-year or manufacturer's standard warranty, whichever is longer.
