Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting a firm-fixed-price contract for the repair, reconstruction, and modernization of the Damsite Park wastewater lagoons at Fall River Lake. The work is intended to restore structural integrity, prevent environmental seepage, and ensure compliance with applicable federal and Kansas environmental regulations. Quotes will be evaluated based on price, past performance, conformance with subcontracting regulations, and overall compliance with the solicitation.
