Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs requires a new Stryker surgical video system to replace an end-of-life system at the Robert J. Dole VA Medical Center. The requirement includes camera control units, light sources, wireless transmitters and receivers, 4K OLED surgical displays and covers, camera heads, insufflators, fiber-optic light cables, fluorescence imaging equipment, monitor stands, mobile equipment carts, laparoscopes, cystoscopes/hysteroscopes, arthroscopes, arthroscopy consoles and accessories, sheaths, cannulas, obturators, irrigation adapters, and instrument trays. The contractor must provide new equipment, all required accessories and software, delivery, assembly, installation, testing, integration with VA electronic health record and existing Stryker operating-room infrastructure, removal of existing equipment if a trade-in credit is offered, manufacturer service and operator manuals, verification documentation, and onsite clinical, cleaning-personnel, and technical training. The solicitation also requires a minimum one-year warranty and 60 months of ProCare-equivalent service, including preventive and corrective maintenance, software updates and security patches, an eight-hour response to technical calls, and shipment of replacement parts within 48 hours of identified need. Offers must include equipment brochures and proof of authorized-distributor status; price, past performance, authorized-distributor status, and technical capability are evaluation factors.
