Description
Rural Vista School District 481 is soliciting bids for Category One dedicated Internet access consisting of two symmetrical 2.5 Gbps circuits. One circuit will terminate at 200 N Poplar, Hope, Kansas, and the other at 414 E Goodnow, White City, Kansas. Bids must identify the proposed bandwidth, associated pricing, installation charges, and any applicable fees, surcharges, taxes, and ineligible bundled services requiring cost allocation. The proposal must include a leased router and one-year pricing, with two voluntary renewal periods. After the initial term or any renewal, the vendor must offer up to 12 months of month-to-month service if the district transitions providers, and must state that monthly cost. Services must provide guaranteed bandwidth and synchronous speeds. Bidders must participate in the E-rate program, provide a valid SPIN, offer the lowest corresponding price, permit SPIN changes, and allow the district to choose SPI or BEAR discount methods.
