Description
The U.S. Navy is seeking a contractor to repair and upgrade EFIS control panels, part number 4082730-905, NSN 1680-01-585-4994, and return the units to Ready for Issue condition. Work includes troubleshooting, component repair or replacement, reassembly, overhaul as applicable, testing, inspection, and supplying the necessary labor, parts, materials, tooling, and equipment. The contractor must perform the work at the identified repair facility, follow the applicable Honeywell drawing and approved repair manuals, maintain repair and test procedures for Government review, and comply with configuration-management, quality-system, calibration, marking, packaging, storage, and inspection requirements. The solicitation requires compliance with ISO 9001 or SAE AS9100 quality standards and states that the contractor is responsible for necessary repair materials unless Government-furnished material is identified.
