Description
The University of Kansas is seeking a qualified, non-exclusive partner to provide both a modern learning platform and a broad portfolio of high-quality, non-credit short-form courses for adults, professional and workforce learners, and organizations. The solution must support course discovery, enrollment, learning, completion, credentialing, mobile access, accessibility, KU-branded courses and learning pathways, organizational and cohort management, administrative reporting, data export, integrations, privacy and security safeguards, and ongoing quality assurance. The selected provider will also support implementation, training, technical and learner support, marketing and organizational sales, account management, partnership governance, measurable outcomes, and transition or renewal activities. Respondents must address business and pricing models, content breadth and curation, credentials and digital badges, comparable higher-education experience, accessibility and responsible technology practices, implementation planning, security and FERPA compliance, and platform capabilities. Shortlisted respondents may be required to provide a live virtual demonstration and references. Responses are submitted electronically through the KU eBid system, with required responses in the system attributes and specified attachments uploaded through the response-attachments area.
