The Hudson Community Development and Planning Agency (HCDPA) is soliciting proposals for the redevelopment of a vacant lot located at 238 Columbia Street in Hudson, New York. The preferred use is affordable housing serving households earning between 50% and 100% of Columbia County Area Median Income. Proposals should advance affordable housing opportunities and community development objectives consistent with HCDPA's mission. The selected respondent will work collaboratively with HCDPA to advance the development from concept through implementation, including conducting due diligence, preparing conceptual plans, developing a financing strategy, and obtaining necessary approvals. The property is approximately 3,000 square feet, zoned R4, and has an appraised value of $75,000. A site visit is scheduled for August 10, 2026. Proposals are due by September 30, 2026.
