The U.S. Department of Agriculture's Agricultural Research Service is seeking a firm-fixed-price purchase order for Getinge autoclave repair parts to keep its autoclaves operating. The requested parts include door seals and gaskets, sterile filters, regulating and ball valves, pneumatic and solenoid valves, Pt-100 sensors, a repair kit, and a service rebuild kit, with quantities specified in the attached parts schedule. Quotations must provide pricing for all individual line items and identify the manufacturer and part number for any proposed alternate items. The requirement is unrestricted and not set aside for small businesses. Award will be based on best value, including technical conformity, fair and reasonable pricing, and acceptable or neutral past performance. Delivery is required within 45 days after award, with FOB destination terms.
