Description
The City of Agoura Hills is soliciting consultant services to assist in the preparation of a Specific Plan. Proposers must submit one combined electronic proposal containing both a Technical Qualifications Proposal and a Cost Proposal, with the Cost Proposal included as the final appendix. The proposal must include a cover letter addressing continuity of key personnel or equally qualified replacements and a fee schedule. The complete proposal is limited to 20 pages, including appendices. Proposals must be submitted electronically through PlanetBids; email, fax, telephone, oral, and other transmission methods will not be accepted.
