Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs requires a complete pharmacy shelving solution for the Robert J. Dole VA Medical Center. The scope includes new commercial-grade pharmacy shelving, gondola and wall-mounted shelving, bulk storage, workstation-associated storage, adjustable pullouts and shelves, base cabinets, vault wall storage, drawer storage, and related accessories. The contractor must provide design and layout support, field verification, product submittals, delivery, assembly, installation, anchoring or securing, removal and lawful disposal or recycling of identified existing fixtures, cleanup, closeout documentation, and warranty support. The solicitation requires an authorized distributor and an authorization letter from an original equipment manufacturer. Quotes must include three separate PDF documents: the signed solicitation and amendments with required contractor information and certifications; a technical capability submission containing warranty terms, product literature as applicable, a statement of delivery within 30 days after receipt of order, the OEM authorization letter, applicable SDVOSB or VOSB certificates, and the completed Buy American or Trade Agreements certificate; and a separate price submission using the provided price schedule. The schedule states delivery within 120 days after receipt of order, while the technical submission instructions require a statement of delivery within 30 days after receipt of order; this discrepancy should be clarified before quoting.
