Description
Johnson County is conducting a Request for Information to identify technology providers capable of delivering an integrated solution for its Adult Residential Center, Juvenile Detention Center, and Adult Detention operations. The contemplated solution would replace or modernize legacy case-management and correctional-management applications and support booking and intake, classification and housing, movement and headcount tracking, medical and behavioral-health coordination, treatment and rehabilitation programs, discipline and incident documentation, property and commissary management, release processing, reporting, dashboards, workflow automation, electronic documents and signatures, and secure communications. Responses should describe the vendor profile and comparable implementations; solution architecture, modules, hardware, deployment options, mobile capabilities, permissions, security, privacy, analytics, integrations, scalability, disaster recovery, roadmap, and automation; implementation methodology and estimated timeline; and budgetary pricing for implementation, configuration, migration, integrations, hardware, training, licensing, hosting, support, maintenance, third-party services, and optional modules. The RFI requests at least three comparable customer references and specifically addresses integrations with justice, court, probation, testing, medical, financial, communications, and other operational systems. It is for budgeting and planning only and will not result in a contract award.
