My Health My Resources of Tarrant County is seeking qualified contractors to provide community-based crisis services for its Perinatal Housing and Stabilization Program. Services are intended to provide jail diversion or alternatives to hospitalization, support treatment in appropriate settings, reduce law-enforcement and emergency-room burdens, and align with applicable state behavioral-health program requirements. The selected service provider will provide perinatal housing stabilization and support, including assistance with housing, utilities, case management, benefits enrollment, childcare, school enrollment, educational support, transportation, and employment. Services will be compensated at a bundled per-patient rate. The contract will run from execution through August 31, 2027, with possible renewals contingent on funding and extension of the related state contract.
