Description
The City of Fort Worth is soliciting quotes to establish non-exclusive agreements for the as-needed supply of golf course products for Park and Recreation Department maintenance staff. Requested items include USGA-regulation flagsticks, putting cups, golf flags, hole-cutting assemblies, augers, replacement blades, cup setters, on-course signage, ropes, stakes, yardage and directional markers, custom bronze tee signs, marking paint, bunker rakes, field-maintenance tools, ball washers, towels, water coolers, trash containers, and related hardware. Products must be recent, unused, suitable for their intended purpose, and delivered within seven calendar days after receipt of a purchase order. Bidders must identify brand, make or model, and product numbers; provide descriptive literature and justification for equivalent products; and have at least five years of experience supplying golf course or driving-range supplies. The agreement has a one-year initial term with up to four one-year renewal periods, and the City may make multiple awards. The solicitation requires a completed RFQt-01 Forms file and Bid Table BT-05SW, with an SBE certificate if applicable.
