Description
The City of Fort Worth is soliciting construction bids for improvements under the 2026 CDBG Campbell Street Improvement Project. The work includes approximately 2,500 linear feet of 7-inch concrete curb and gutter; 3,800 square feet of 6-inch concrete driveways; 12,000 square feet of 4-inch concrete sidewalks; 4,700 square yards of 3-inch Superpave SP-D asphalt pavement; 4,700 square yards of 11-inch pavement pulverization; 76 tons of cement-lime stabilization; and 18 barrier-free ADA ramps. The bid workbook also includes excavation, flexible base, sod and topsoil replacement, tree removal, curb address painting, traffic control, concrete collars, and allowances for irrigation/landscape repair and paving construction. The stated total bid amount in the bid workbook is $175,000. Bidders must submit the required bid forms, proposal form, bid bond, conflict-of-interest statement, vendor compliance form, prequalification statement, worker's compensation compliance form, and completed bid table through the public procurement portal. Asphalt paving heavy maintenance work valued at $1,000,000 or more must be performed by a City-prequalified contractor or subcontractor. The project has a 180-day completion period after the Contract Time begins, and the awarded contractor must provide performance, payment, and maintenance bonds, insurance, and other contract documentation.
