Description
Fort Worth Independent School District is soliciting multiple vendors for technology products and services purchased on an as-needed, non-exclusive basis. The scope includes technology equipment, communications and networking hardware, computer and internet services, printers and document-imaging equipment, electronic components, robotics and sensors, packaged and enterprise software, and software or website development services. The attached materials also identify technical requirements and a data-sharing agreement template. The solicitation is intended to establish discounts from list or catalog pricing. Proposers must provide a primary discount, including a zero-percent or list-price discount if applicable, and may offer additional discounts by category or total purchase. The district may request quotes from awarded vendors before individual purchases to compare pricing and determine best value. The period of performance runs from award through June 30, 2031. This solicitation replaces RFP 21-091, which expires on October 31, 2026.
