Description
Trinity Metro is soliciting a qualified and licensed contractor to provide comprehensive waste management services at multiple facilities. The scope includes furnishing and maintaining five 8-cubic-yard front-load dumpsters and two 30-cubic-yard roll-off dumpsters; scheduled collection, transportation, and disposal of municipal solid waste; recycling services; emergency and additional pickups; and replacement of damaged containers within 24 hours of notification. The contractor must also collect, pack, label, manifest, transport, treat, recycle, and dispose of hazardous waste in compliance with applicable EPA, TCEQ, DOT, OSHA, and other regulatory requirements. Required services include waste manifests, certificates of disposal, weight tickets when applicable, monthly service reports, location-specific invoices, and regulatory compliance documentation. The contract is fixed-price for three years, with one two-year renewal option.
