Description
The City of Fort Worth is soliciting proposals for an as-needed agreement to provide seasonal and novelty decorations and event supplies for its Park and Recreation, Transportation and Public Works, and Library departments. Historically requested items include interior and exterior decorations, games, arts and crafts kits, treats and candies, costumes, toys, and prize items, including both general and themed products. The awarded vendor must provide quotes within three business days, ship standard orders within seven days of receiving a purchase order, ship written expedited orders within one business day, accept returns for products damaged or defective due to manufacturer error or shipping damage, and deliver orders to various City operating locations. Proposals are evaluated on best value, including small-business participation, product range and quality, responsiveness, delivery and fulfillment, past performance, and cost. Pricing is submitted through Bid Table BT-67DL, and equivalent products must be identified and supported with descriptive literature or specifications.
