Description
The Tarrant Regional Water District is seeking one or more qualified contractors under an as-needed service agreement to respond to potentially contaminated soil, groundwater, buried drums, underground storage tanks, hazardous or non-hazardous materials, and other environmental issues encountered during construction of the Central City Project. Services may include site reconnaissance and field screening, sampling and laboratory testing, permitting, safety planning, containment, removal, neutralization, decontamination, recovery, cleanup, repackaging, transportation, disposal, waste profiling, manifests, documentation, and regulatory compliance. The contractor must provide qualified personnel, equipment, supplies, technical supervision, subcontractor coordination, and a 24-hour, seven-day rapid-response telephone line. A site supervisor must arrive within 48 hours of a service request. Respondents must submit a statement of qualifications addressing team organization, firm and subcontractor information, experience and references, and a project approach/rapid response plan. The main response is limited to 10 pages, excluding the cover page, table of contents, section dividers, and optional appendices. The agreement will have a one-year term with four additional one-year renewal options, with work issued through task orders and no guarantee of assignments.
