Description
The City of Fort Worth is soliciting bids for construction of Bonds Ranch Lift Station B. The work includes a cast-in-place wet well and valve vault; site layout, clearing, excavation, grading, paving, fencing, erosion control, and related improvements; an electrical building; site electrical, instrumentation, controls, SCADA equipment, standby emergency generator, lighting, utility connections, startup, and commissioning; submersible sewage pumps and motors; force mains, valves, flow meter vault, drainage, odor control, manholes, piping, and associated equipment, labor, materials, and services. The bid package includes a required bid form and proposal workbook, bid bond, non-resident bidder compliance form, prequalification statement, conflict-of-interest documentation, acknowledgment of addenda, small-business utilization form, and applicable small-business certificates. Certain work types must be performed by contractors or subcontractors prequalified by the City at bid opening. The stated total bid amount in the workbook is $120,000, including construction and electric-cooperative allowances, and the bid form states a 610-day completion period after commencement of contract time.
