Description
Lansing Community College is seeking a contractor to provide a comprehensive, confidential Employee Assistance Program for approximately 1,200 eligible full-time and part-time employees and their eligible dependents. Required services include 24/7/365 access; assessment and short-term counseling with at least six face-to-face sessions per presenting issue; in-person, telephonic, and virtual/telehealth modalities; crisis intervention; mandatory referrals; supervisory consultation; Substance Abuse Professional evaluations and follow-up; referrals for continued care; and face-to-face counseling locations within 15 miles of the greater Lansing area. The program must also provide work-life, legal, financial, and digital resources; on-site or virtual critical-incident response; post-trauma support; at least 15 hours of training or workshops per contract year; outreach support; utilization and performance reporting; accessibility-compliant technology; implementation and continuity-of-care planning; and account management. Proposals must include organizational information, at least three similar client references, experience and service-approach responses, pricing for Years 1 through 3, required policies and regulatory documentation, applicable exceptions to the College's terms, the completed price proposal form, and a signed vendor acknowledgment and certification page.
