The Lansing Economic Development Corporation, on behalf of the City of Lansing, is soliciting proposals for the development of the F. Preuss Building located at 308 East Cesar E. Chavez Avenue in Lansing, Michigan. The property is situated on the south side of East Cesar E. Chavez between Center Street and Turner Street. Interested respondents must register by emailing company name, point of contact, and contact information to Amiee Evans at amiee@lansingedc.com to submit questions, receive addenda, and submit proposals. Proposals are due by 2:00 PM local time on Monday, September 14, 2026, and will be publicly read aloud at that time.
