Description
The U.S. Army National Guard requires annual maintenance, calibration, repair, and software licensing services for 55 Wireless Automated Hearing Test System audiometers and 13 Samsung Tab A8 administrator tablets. The contractor must inspect device components and accessories, provide repair parts and replacement consumables, complete calibration within the specified timelines, and provide calibration certifications and maintenance summary reports. The requirement also includes 13 Audhere software licenses, software updates and patches, HIPAA and Federal Information Security Management Act compliance, a minimum 99% monthly uptime, user acceptance testing, training materials, digital manuals, recorded demonstrations, and responsive technical support by phone, email, live chat, and in person. The contractor must provide quality-control procedures, relevant technical capability and past-performance information, pricing for the base and option periods, and a current NIST SP 800-171 assessment in SPRS before submitting a quote.
