Description
The City of Lansing, through the Lansing Economic Development Corporation, is requesting proposals for the development of the Kalamazoo Gateway property. The site is located just north of E. Kalamazoo Street between S. Cedar Street and S. Larch Street. Interested respondents must register by emailing company name, point of contact, and contact information to Kris Klein at kris@lansingedc.com. Proposals are due by 2:00 PM local time on September 14, 2026, and will be publicly read aloud. The RFP documents can be obtained by contacting the Lansing Economic Development Corporation or visiting their website.
