Description
Lansing Board of Water and Light is seeking one large-format multifunction scanner/printer capable of handling at least three to four rolls, printing in black and white on C-, D-, and E-size media, producing approximately 8 to 10 24-by-36-inch prints per minute, and holding 100 prints in an integrated stacker. The equipment must include an LCD multi-touch interface, copy/print/scan functions, pigment-based ink, gigabit Ethernet, compatibility with Windows 10, Windows 11, and Windows Server 2022 or later, and support for Adobe PostScript 3, PDF, and APPE printing. The requested scope includes delivery, setup, onsite training, warranty pricing for 90-day, three-year, and five-year options, service-contract options addressing included square footage, overage pricing, parts, labor, travel, inclusions and exclusions, delivery charges, pickup and recycling of the existing unit, and the earliest delivery estimate. Evaluation will consider cost, specifications, and maintenance. The response must include the required affidavit, proposal, and applicable exceptions, along with responses to the electronic bid attributes and pricing for equipment, warranty, service contract, delivery, and pickup/recycling.
