Description
The State of Michigan, through the Department of Technology, Management and Budget on behalf of the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services, seeks a contractor-managed team to support the ongoing maintenance, operations, minor development, testing, security, integration, and enhancement of the MiConnect Solution on Salesforce and its associated Amazon Web Services environment. MiConnect supports multiple MDHHS portals and programs, including MI Bridges, healthcare coverage, food assistance, cash assistance, WIC, childcare assistance, State Emergency Relief, and public health case management. The contractor must provide Agile/Scrum teams and production support resources, including project management, security, technical leadership, development, testing, business requirements, and administrative leadership. Work includes transition and knowledge transfer, application and infrastructure support, Salesforce and AWS integration, automated and performance testing, data and security support, documentation, training, reporting, disaster recovery, and ongoing maintenance. The contract requires approximately 137,676 billable hours annually and includes support for large-scale user volumes, accessibility compliance, data retention and retrieval, and State-directed enhancements.
