Description
Lansing Board of Water and Light is seeking one large-format multifunction scanner/printer for Hazel B, second floor. The equipment must handle at least three to four rolls; print in black and white and color; produce C-, D-, and E-size prints up to 36 by 48 inches; support approximately three to four rolls per month; print up to eight, preferably ten, 24-by-36-inch prints per minute; include an integrated 100-print stacker and LCD multi-touch interface; and provide copy, print, and scan functions. The system must use pigment-based ink, include 10/100/1000 Ethernet, support Adobe PostScript 3, PDF, and APPE printing, and be compatible with Windows 10, Windows 11, and Windows Server 2022 or later. The requested pricing must address equipment, warranty options of at least 90 days, three years, and five years, service-contract options including included square footage, overage pricing, parts, labor, travel, inclusions and exclusions, delivery, and pickup and recycling of the existing unit. Delivery includes setup and both general and on-site training. Proposals will be evaluated based on cost, specifications, and maintenance. The response package must include a proposal, a sworn and notarized Affidavit of Compliance under the Iran Economic Sanctions Act, and the required electronic bid attributes; exceptions to the terms and conditions are required only if applicable. The cybersecurity questionnaire is not required with the proposal and is reserved for finalists or the award winner when applicable.
