Description
Lansing Board of Water and Light is soliciting a five-year Long Term Service Agreement for two GE LM6000 PF+ DLE combustion turbine engines at its REO Town Power Station. The scope includes hot-section overhauls; semi-annual inspections and maintenance; disassembly, repair or refurbishment, reassembly, testing, shipping, and transportation; parts-pool management and supply; warranties and performance guarantees; administrative and technical support; and optional additional gas-turbine services, including major overhauls, component exchanges, training, and field services. The contractor must provide a Total Maintenance Service program, proposed maintenance schedules, pricing for fixed and variable services, performance and degradation guarantees, at least three similar-work references, TCIR and DART safety data, estimated lead times, and proposed LTSA terms. The solicitation also seeks details and pricing for optional 24/7 remote monitoring, diagnostics, predictive analytics, monthly reports, and on-call remote engineering support. Pricing is to remain fixed for the five-year term. Responses must include a proposal and a sworn and notarized Iran Economic Sanctions Act compliance affidavit; exceptions to the terms are conditional and must be submitted as redlined edits in Microsoft Word.
