Description
The Little Rock School District is soliciting sealed bids from qualified, licensed contractors for roof replacement services at Metropolitan VoTech. A mandatory pre-bid meeting and site walk-through will be held on Tuesday, June 16, 2026, at 10:00 AM at Metropolitan VoTech, 7701 Scott Hamilton Drive. Attendance at this meeting is required for bid eligibility. Bidders must provide their own equipment to access the roof for inspection. Electronic bid documents are available and submission is required through the online portal at https://lrsd.ionwave.net. Bidders can also access documents through Cromwell Virtual Plan Room / Print Shop. Hard copies may be purchased at The Print Shop. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and award will be based on the most effective and economical bid considering responsiveness and responsibility. The contractor shall be prepared to begin work upon receipt of Notice to Proceed, with all work to be completed no later than 180 days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Liquidated damages of $1,000.00 per calendar day will be applied for failure to meet the completion deadline.
