Description
CapMetro is soliciting proposals for roof replacements on three buildings located at 2910 E. 5th Street in Austin, Texas. The buildings include an Administration Building, Fleet Maintenance Building, and Fuel & Wash Building. The existing PVC Single Ply membrane and recover board will be removed, and a new system will be installed, including a 3/8" Fanfold recover board and a 50 MIL PVC single ply membrane mechanically attached over the existing BUR roof assembly. Proposals must be submitted electronically via the PlanetBids platform by 3:00:00 PM Central on the due date. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder whose bid conforms to the solicitation.
