Yakima Valley College is seeking bids for Project No. 2026-196 G (1-1), the replacement of the roof on the Hopf Union Building (HUB). The estimated base bid cost range for this project is between $350,000.00 and $405,000.00. The project is being managed by Leon Kenshalo of Facility Professional Services for Yakima Valley College, under the Department of Enterprise Services. Bids are due prior to 1:00 PM on Thursday, July 9, 2026. A pre-bid walk-through is scheduled for 11:00 AM on Wednesday, June 24, 2026. All questions regarding this project should be submitted through the DES Public Procurement Portal at https://deswa.bonfirehub.com.
