Description
This solicitation is for the supply of a Bio-Rad BioPlex 2200 analyzer system, including reagents, controls, calibrators, consumables, software, installation, validation, training, and ongoing maintenance and technical support. The system is intended for use at the Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System (CAVHS) in Little Rock, Arkansas, and potentially other VA facilities. The goal is to support high-complexity laboratory testing, improve operational efficiency, and enhance patient outcomes by replacing current manual and semi-automated platforms. The contract will cover a five-year period of performance. The scope of work includes providing all necessary components and services for a fully functional BioPlex 2200 system. This encompasses FDA-cleared analyzers, reagents, assay kits, controls, calibrators, consumables, and software. The contractor will be responsible for system installation, integration with the VistA/CPRS system, method validation, and comprehensive maintenance and technical support, including 24/7 telephone support. Training for CAVHS laboratory staff on system operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting is also required.
