Description
This is a Request for Quote for the replacement of an existing roof at 7 Marlin Drive, Brewster, NY. The scope of work includes removing the existing asphalt shingles down to the original decking and installing a new asphalt shingle roofing system. This includes new underlayment, drip edge, flashing, counter flashing, pipe boots, exhaust vents, starter shingles, ridge vent, and chimney flashing. The new shingles will be "Charcoal" colored architectural shingles and will be installed with a high-wind nailing pattern. The contract is a New York State Public Works project and requires prevailing wages to be paid. The work must be completed within 45 days of award. The contractor must have a minimum of 5 years of residential roofing experience and provide a one-year warranty on workmanship. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for June 24, 2026, from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the project site. The quote is due by close of business on July 10, 2026.
