Description
The City of Sheridan, Arkansas is soliciting bids for sewer main improvements, identified as Project No. BCS23-004. The project involves the installation of approximately 1,442 linear feet of 12" and 15" sewer mains, manholes, and other related appurtenances. The scope of work also includes MUTCD traffic control and signage, clearing and erosion control, trench and excavation safety systems, and final seeding and fertilization of disturbed areas. The City of Sheridan will provide the 12" and 15" SDR26 PVC pipe; all other materials, labor, tools, and equipment are the responsibility of the contractor. Bids will be accepted until 3:30 p.m. Local Time on June 29, 2026, at Sheridan City Hall, located at 106 W. Bell Street, Sheridan, AR 72150. Bids received after this time will not be accepted and will be opened and publicly read aloud immediately after the closing time. Bidding documents can be obtained from Sheridan City Hall for a non-refundable fee of $125.00 per set. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check for at least 5 percent of the bid amount.
