Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, through Network Contracting Office 16, is issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a WR Medical Electronics HRV Acquire Heart Rate Variability Testing Lab system for the Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center (MEDVAMC) in Houston, Texas. The contractor shall provide all equipment, components, accessories, software, and associated materials necessary to deliver a complete system, including an HRV Acquire Heart Rate Variability Testing Lab (Qty: 1) or equivalent, a CNAP Beat-to-Beat Blood Pressure Monitor System (Qty: 1) or equivalent, a Q-SWEAT Sweat Measurement System Add-On (Qty: 1) or equivalent, and a WR Tilt Table Model S1 (Qty: 1) or equivalent. All equipment must be new, fully assembled, and compliant with specified technical requirements. The contract is a Firm-Fixed-Price total small business set-aside. Quotes are due June 24, 2026, at 3:00 PM Central Time.
