Description
Little Rock Air Force Base (LRAFB) is seeking proposals for a washer and dryer lease and maintenance services. The contract will be for a 5-year period, with one base year and four one-year option years, plus a potential 6-month extension. Services include providing, installing, and maintaining new washers and dryers that meet ENERGY STAR and FEMP guidelines. The contractor will be responsible for all necessary utility connections and periodic preventive maintenance, including semi-annual cleaning of dryers and ensuring vent maintenance. Repair service calls must be responded to within 24 hours, with repairs completed within 72 hours of notification, excluding weekends and holidays. The acquisition is 100% set-aside for Total Small Business.
