Winters Construction, LLC is seeking bids from qualified subcontractors and suppliers for the construction of Timber Ridge, a new 60-unit affordable multifamily development located in Sheridan, Arkansas. Bids are sought for all trades associated with new multifamily construction, including but not limited to sitework, concrete, framing, masonry, roofing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, drywall, flooring, painting, landscaping, fencing, and signage. Scopes may be bid separately to encourage broader participation. This project is funded in part by HOME and National Housing Trust Fund financing administered by the Arkansas Development Finance Authority and is subject to Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968 (24 CFR Part 75). Minority owned and women owned business enterprises (MBEs/WBEs) and Section 3 business concerns are strongly encouraged to submit bids. Construction is anticipated to begin in the next 60-90 days.
