Description
The City of Hot Springs, Arkansas is seeking proposals for HVAC service and preventive maintenance for its various facilities. This Request for Proposals (RFP) covers both emergency repairs and scheduled preventive maintenance, including diagnostics, cleaning, calibration, and minor corrective tasks. The scope includes all City locations except for Advertising and Promotion facilities. Respondents are required to provide a detailed approach to services, demonstrate their qualifications and experience, and outline their capacity and availability. The contract will be for one year with four one-year renewal options, subject to annual budget approval.
