Description
The Army Contracting Command - Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) is issuing this sources sought notice to gather information on the capabilities and qualifications of businesses, both small and large, for the production of a Terrain Decontamination Spray Bar. This item, identified by NSN 1040-01-612-3517 and Part Number 5-45-9548, is a military-unique system used by units such as Chemical Decontamination Companies to decontaminate tactical vehicles, equipment, and aircraft exposed to chemical, biological, or radiological (CBRN) hazards. First Article Testing (FAT) is required for this procurement. The ACC-DTA is planning for a one-time buy, Firm-Fixed Price contract. A Technical Data Package (TDP) is associated with this procurement, but it will only be made available to vendors if and when a solicitation is released. To access the TDP, vendors must have a current DD 2345, Military Critical Technical Data Agreement certification on file with the Defense Logistics Information Service (DLIS).
