Description
This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a firm-fixed-price contract for an ultrasound machine. The solicitation is set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns. The offeror shall deliver, complete installation, configuration, and training for the specified ultrasound system at the Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System located at 2200 Fort Roots Drive, North Little Rock, AR, 72112. Ongoing monitoring and maintenance support are also required. Respondents must be registered in SAM.gov and with the SBA. The solicitation specifies a brand name or equal product, with detailed salient characteristics provided for the VenueGo R6 Standard Ultrasound Machine. Installation includes setup, testing, and ensuring compliance with manufacturer and VA specifications, while removing all shipping debris and cleaning up any construction associated with the installation.
