Description
Grant County Library, located in Sheridan, Arkansas, is soliciting qualifications for a Construction Management Team to oversee the renovation of their new library facility. The new location is situated at 101 N. Oak St., on the corner of N. Oak St. and Hwy 270. Respondents are required to submit written statements of qualifications and performance data by 4:30 pm on June 26, 2026. The submission must include details on the team's profile, history, experience with renovation and county facility projects, qualifications of proposed personnel, approach to pre-construction and construction-phase services, proof of insurance and bonding capacity, State of Arkansas licensure, references, and cost for services. All respondents will be notified of the results via email.
