Description
BARC Developmental Services is soliciting bids for roof recovery applications at their facility located at 349 Ivyland Road, Warminster, PA. The project involves the installation of a new mechanically attached TPO roof system on the cafeteria/office and upper roof. Bids must be submitted online via PennBid (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com) by 10:00 AM prevailing time on July 27, 2026. A bid bond or certified check for at least 10% of the bid amount is required, along with an Agreement of Surety for Performance and Payment Bonds (100% of the contract price). The project is funded by Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds, requiring compliance with federal regulations including 2 CFR Part 200 and various federal laws. Federal prevailing wages apply to the entire project. Attendance at a mandatory pre-bid meeting is required. Meetings are scheduled for July 8, 2026, at 10:00 AM, with an alternate date of July 9, 2026, at 10:00 AM, both to be held at 349 Ivyland Road, Warminster, PA 18974. Pre-registration via PennBid is necessary. BARC Developmental Services reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
