Description
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service requires comprehensive roof replacement services for a housing unit located at 12155 Veler Road, Curtice, Ohio. This project involves the complete removal of the existing asphalt shingle roof system and the installation of a new asphalt shingle roof, including weather barrier, underlayment, flashing, drip edge, and ventilation components. The estimated square footage for the project is 3,800 square feet. The contractor will be responsible for all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the work in accordance with the provided scope of work, adhering to all relevant safety and environmental regulations. The work is expected to be completed within 60 calendar days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed.
