Description
This project involves the replacement of roofing on a portion of the Firwood Elementary School campus, covering approximately 8,000 square feet. Bidding documents, including project manuals, specifications, drawings, bidding forms, and a sample agreement, will be available for viewing and download starting June 12, 2026. A mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for Thursday, June 18, 2026, at 2:00 PM PST at the Firwood Elementary site. The project is located at 42900 SE Trubel Road, Sandy, OR 97055.
