Description
The Lapeer County Intermediate School District (LCISD) is seeking bids from qualified, licensed, and experienced contractors to replace the asphalt shingle roofs on two existing barn structures located at the LCISD Education & Technology Center. The scope of work includes the removal of existing roofing materials, inspection and repair of any damaged decking, fascia, or soffit, and the installation of new screw-down steel metal roofing systems. The project also includes soffit repair for one of the barns. The new roofing systems must include a manufacturer's warranty of at least 20-30 years and a contractor workmanship warranty of at least 5 years. Daily site cleanup and restoration of grounds upon completion are required. The successful bidder must complete the work no later than November 1, 2026.
