Description
Pulaski County is soliciting proposals for comprehensive vending services across various county agencies and locations. The selected vendor will be responsible for furnishing, installing, maintaining, and servicing new vending machines. The scope of services includes providing snack and beverage vending machines, ensuring they are properly stocked, clean, and in good working order, with readily available customer service for repairs and refunds. Machines must accept multiple payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, and contactless payments, and must meet Energy Star certification, UL/ETL safety certification, ADA accessibility compliance, and health department requirements. The vendor is responsible for all costs associated with installation, delivery, maintenance, and repairs, with a commitment to prompt service response times and machine replacement if issues persist. Key requirements include a mandatory pre-proposal conference and site visit, adherence to all federal, state, and local laws, and compliance with non-discrimination policies. The contract term is initially three years with an option for one 3-year renewal.
