Description
Cadence Communities LLC is soliciting bids for roofing repair and replacement services at Fort Hunter Liggett in Monterey, California. The scope of work includes demolition of existing roofing materials, installation of new roofing systems (shingles, underlayment, flashing, vents, etc.), and ongoing service calls classified as routine, urgent, or emergency. The contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, and supervision, and comply with safety, insurance, and reporting requirements. The contract is not subject to Davis-Bacon prevailing wage rates.
