Description
The West Virginia Division of Natural Resources, through the Purchasing Division, is soliciting bids for the replacement of the lodge roof at Tygart Lake State Park in Grafton, West Virginia. The project includes removal of existing asphalt shingles and EPDM membrane, installation of new architectural asphalt shingles on steep slope areas, and a cold-applied 2-ply SBS modified bitumen membrane system on low slope areas. Work also involves replacing deteriorated sheathing and decking, installing new insulation, flashings, edge metal, gutters, downspouts, and ridge vents. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, and equipment for a complete and watertight installation. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is required, and a bid bond of 5% of the total bid must be submitted with the bid.
